- Force close the app
- On iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom and swipe Innertune off the screen
- On Android: Open the app switcher and swipe the app away
- Restart your device
- Check for updates Go to the App Store or Google Play and make sure Innertune is updated to the latest version
- Check your internet connection Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
